FRANCESCA ARENA
Francesca Arena is an illustrator and cartoonist.
Born and raised between Rome and Genoa, she has now been living and working in Milan for a long time.
She loves to draw in miniature, exclusively by hand and writes mostly humor comics.
She works with magazines and publishing houses. Her style is scrappy, mostly ironic, but she likes to use realistic details to emphasize the contrast.
In addition to collaborations with magazines and newspapers such as Süddeutsche Zeitung Magazin, Pirelli Magazine, Rivista Undici, and The Passenger by Iperborea, she works on the production of independent comics.
